Prosus is a global consumer internet company and majority-owned subsidiary of Naspers, primarily listed on Euronext Amsterdam with a secondary listing on the JSE. It holds Naspers's international internet assets, the most significant of which is a large stake in Tencent Holdings. Prosus also operates food delivery, online classifieds, payments, and edtech businesses across multiple geographies.
