Remgro is a South African diversified investment holding company with interests across healthcare (Mediclinic), financial services, consumer goods, infrastructure, and industrial businesses. It is controlled by the Rupert family (Rembrandt Group) and is one of the oldest and most respected holding companies on the JSE. Its investment portfolio is anchored by significant stakes in Mediclinic International, FirstRand, RCL Foods, and Distell.
