Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical operates the Dung Quat Oil Refinery, Vietnam's first and one of its two domestic oil refineries. The company refines crude oil into petroleum products for domestic consumption, supplying a significant portion of Vietnam's fuel needs. BSR is a subsidiary of PetroVietnam and is listed on the UPCOM market.
