Halkbank is a state-owned Turkish commercial bank focused on SME lending and retail banking, with extensive domestic branches. It is majority-owned by the Turkish government and Turkey Wealth Fund. Halkbank has historically served small and medium-sized businesses and artisans across Turkey.
