Erdemir is Turkey's largest flat steel producer and one of the largest steelmakers in the Middle East and Europe. It is a subsidiary of Oyak (Turkish Armed Forces Pension Fund) and operates integrated steel plants on the Black Sea coast. Erdemir is a major exporter of hot-rolled coil and other steel products.
