OMV Petrom is the largest oil and gas producer in Southeast Europe, involved in exploration, production, refining, and retail fuel distribution. The company is majority-owned by Austria's OMV AG and has operated in Romania since 2004. It runs the Petrobrazi refinery and an extensive network of petrol stations under the Petrom and OMV brands.
