Banca Transilvania is Romania's largest bank by assets and the longest-standing constituent of the BET index. Headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, it offers retail, SME, and corporate banking services and has expanded regionally through acquisitions including Victoriabank in Moldova. It had total assets of approximately EUR 41.6 billion as of end-2024.
