BYD is China's largest electric vehicle manufacturer and one of the world's top EV producers by sales volume, building passenger cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles, and buses under the BYD, Denza, Fang Cheng Bao, and other brands. The company is vertically integrated, manufacturing its own lithium iron phosphate (Blade) batteries, power semiconductors, and EV components, which it also sells to other manufacturers. BYD has expanded aggressively into international markets including Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
