AVIC Aircraft is a listed subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), China's primary state-owned aviation and aerospace conglomerate, engaged in the design and manufacturing of military fighter aircraft, transport planes, and aircraft structures. The parent AVIC group develops and produces China's major military aircraft including the J-10 and J-20 fighters and the Y-20 strategic transport. The company is an integral part of China's defence industrial base and is fully state-controlled.
