SK Square is the de facto holding company of SK Group's semiconductor and technology investment portfolio, and its primary asset is a substantial equity stake in SK Hynix. The company also holds investments in various tech platforms, semiconductors, and media businesses. It was spun off from SK Telecom in 2021 as a pure-play technology investment holding firm.
