KEPCO is South Korea's state-controlled vertically integrated electric utility, responsible for the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity across the country. The government holds a majority stake through the Korea Development Bank and other state entities. KEPCO has significant overseas project activities, including nuclear power plant construction contracts in the UAE.
