About the company
Kumba Iron Ore is one of the largest iron ore producers in Africa, operating primarily at the Sishen and Kolomela mines in the Northern Cape province of South Africa. It is a subsidiary of Anglo American plc. Kumba exports the majority of its iron ore to steelmakers in Asia and Europe.
