Petrobras is Brazil's state-controlled integrated oil and gas company and one of the largest in the world. The company operates extensive deepwater pre-salt reserves in the Santos and Campos basins and is a major refiner and fuel distributor. It is the single largest constituent of the Ibovespa index, representing roughly 12% of the benchmark.
