Aluminium Bahrain, trading as Alba, is the world's largest single-site aluminium smelter outside China, incorporated in 1968 and commencing commercial operations in 1971. It is majority-owned by Mumtalakat (the Bahraini sovereign wealth fund) and Saudi Aramco, and is dual-listed on the Bahrain Bourse and the London Stock Exchange. Alba reported full-year 2025 net profit of approximately USD 581.6 million, up 18.5% from 2024.
