Banque de l'Habitat du Sénégal (BHS) is a state-influenced mortgage and housing-finance bank established to facilitate access to housing loans for Senegalese residents. The bank extends long-term mortgage credit to individuals and financing to real-estate developers. It is listed on the BRVM and its shareholder base includes the Senegalese government and development-finance institutions.
