The bank became the third Beninese company listed on the BRVM following its public offering in 2025, with the government targeting proceeds of up to 121 billion CFA francs (~$191.7 million) from its partial stake sale. BIIC has established itself as a leading institution in Benin's banking sector in lending, deposits, and digital financial services.
