Borouge is a joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and Borealis, producing polyolefin plastics and chemicals used in packaging, infrastructure, automotive, and healthcare industries. It listed on the ADX in June 2022. The company operates one of the world's largest integrated polyolefin complexes at Ruwais in Abu Dhabi.
