Ceylon Tobacco Company (CTC) is the only manufacturer of cigarettes in Sri Lanka and is an affiliate of British American Tobacco (BAT). The company has a dominant position in the domestic tobacco market and is a significant contributor of excise tax revenue to the government. Its shares are among the most actively traded on the CSE.
