The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) is itself a publicly listed entity on its own exchange, operating as the stock exchange for the Emirate of Dubai. It provides trading, clearing, settlement, and depository services for equities, bonds, sukuk, and ETFs. DFM is majority owned by Borse Dubai, which is in turn owned by the Government of Dubai.
