Emaar Properties is one of the largest real estate developers in the world by market capitalisation and is the developer of the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. Founded in 1997 and listed on the DFM, it has a diversified portfolio spanning residential, hospitality, retail, and entertainment assets in the UAE and internationally. Emaar is partly owned by the Government of Dubai.
