Empower is the world's largest district cooling services provider by connected capacity, supplying chilled water to buildings across Dubai's major master-planned communities and business districts. The company listed on the DFM in 2022 as part of Dubai's state-enterprise IPO programme. Its revenue is underpinned by long-term concession agreements with property developers and building owners.
