First Abu Dhabi Bank is the UAE's largest bank by assets, formed through the 2017 merger of National Bank of Abu Dhabi and First Gulf Bank. It offers retail, corporate, investment, and private banking services across the UAE and in international markets. FAB is majority owned by the Abu Dhabi government through Mubadala and the Abu Dhabi Investment Council.
