Grupo Energía Bogotá is an energy utility holding company majority-owned by the District of Bogotá, operating natural gas transportation, electricity transmission, and distribution networks across Colombia and in several other Latin American countries. It holds significant stakes in Transportadora de Gas Internacional (TGI) and Codensa, among others. GEB is one of the larger constituents of the COLCAP index by market capitalization.
