Itaú Corpbanca is the Chilean and Colombian banking subsidiary of Brazil's Itaú Unibanco, formed through the acquisition of Corpbanca by Itaú in 2016. It offers retail, commercial, and corporate banking services in both markets. The bank is majority-owned by Itaú Unibanco Holding.
