JBT Marel Corporation was formed in January 2025 through the combination of US-based John Bean Technologies (JBT) and Icelandic food processing equipment maker Marel hf. The combined company is a global leader in food and beverage processing equipment and solutions. It is dual-listed on Nasdaq Iceland and the New York Stock Exchange.
