Loterie Nationale du Bénin is the state-owned national lottery operator of Benin, responsible for organising and managing lottery and gaming activities across the country. It became the second Beninese company to list on the BRVM in December 2024, raising approximately $69 million in its IPO, with shares rising 4% on the first trading day. The listing marked a significant milestone in deepening Benin's domestic capital markets.
