Motor Oil Hellas operates the Agioi Theodoroi refinery in the Gulf of Corinth, one of the most complex refineries in the Mediterranean. The company is also diversifying into renewables, power generation, and retail fuel and convenience services through its NRG and Coral subsidiaries. It is a privately owned group controlled by the Vardinoyannis family.
