About the company
NGX Group Plc is the publicly listed holding company of the Nigerian Exchange Limited, formed following the demutualization of the former Nigerian Stock Exchange in 2021. The group operates the exchange itself, a regulatory subsidiary (RegCo), a real estate arm (RelCo), and a technology subsidiary (TechCo). Its listing makes NGX one of the few exchange operators in Africa to be publicly traded.
