Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is Qatar's flagship telecommunications operator, providing mobile, fixed-line, and broadband services across nine countries in the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia. Founded in 1987 as a state entity, it was partially privatised and listed on the QSE; the Government of Qatar retains a majority stake. The company is also cross-listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
