Saudi Tadawul Group is the holding company for the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and its subsidiaries, including the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) and the Securities Clearing Center (Muqassa). It was listed on its own exchange in 2021 in one of the largest exchange IPOs globally. The group is focused on expanding capital market infrastructure and attracting foreign investment.
