STC Kuwait, formerly branded as Viva, is Kuwait's third mobile operator and a subsidiary of Saudi Telecom Company. The operator offers 4G/5G mobile, home broadband, and enterprise services. STC Kuwait entered the market in 2008 as the country's third telecom licence holder.
