Transcorp Power is one of Nigeria's largest electricity-generating companies, operating the Ughelli Power Plant and other generation assets in the Niger Delta. It is a subsidiary of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria (Transcorp) and was separately listed on the NGX. The company plays a key role in addressing Nigeria's significant electricity supply deficit.
