Cosumar is Morocco's sole sugar refiner and the country's leading agri-food company in the sugar segment, controlling the entire sugar value chain from beet and cane cultivation to refining and distribution. It supplies both the domestic market and exports. The company is controlled by the Moroccan conglomerate Al Mada.
