OTE (Hellenic Telecommunications Organization) is Greece's incumbent telecommunications operator, providing fixed-line, broadband, mobile, and pay-TV services under the Cosmote brand. Deutsche Telekom holds a controlling stake and the Greek state retains a minority interest. OTE's shares are also traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
