OTE is Greece's largest telecommunications provider, offering fixed-line, mobile (via Cosmote), broadband, and pay-TV services in Greece and Romania. Deutsche Telekom holds a majority stake of approximately 48.7% in OTE. The company is consistently one of the highest-dividend-paying stocks on the ATHEX.
