Ignitis Group is Lithuania's dominant state-owned energy holding company, operating the national electricity distribution network and developing a green energy generation portfolio across the Baltic region and Poland. It is listed on both Nasdaq Vilnius and the London Stock Exchange and is one of the five largest companies in the Baltic states. The Lithuanian Ministry of Finance is its controlling shareholder.
