Kazakhtelecom is the national fixed-line and broadband telecommunications operator of Kazakhstan, owned by Samruk-Kazyna. It provides fixed telephony, broadband internet, IPTV, and data centre services, and is also the controlling shareholder of Kcell. The company plays a central role in Kazakhstan's digital infrastructure development.
