Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC) is the national electricity transmission system operator, owning and managing Kazakhstan's national power grid. It is a subsidiary of Samruk-Kazyna sovereign wealth fund with a 90% state stake and was listed on KASE in 2014 as part of the People's IPO programme. The company operates as a regulated natural monopoly.
