NCBA Group was formed in 2019 through the merger of NIC Bank and Commercial Bank of Africa. It is a major financial services conglomerate offering banking, digital lending, leasing, and investment services across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Côte d'Ivoire. NCBA co-developed the M-Shwari and Fuliza digital lending products in partnership with Safaricom.
