Novaland is one of Vietnam's largest private real estate developers, focused on large-scale integrated resort and urban residential projects primarily in southern Vietnam. The company faced significant liquidity challenges in 2022–2023 related to Vietnam's broader real estate sector credit tightening, and has been undertaking debt restructuring. It remains one of the most widely held real estate stocks on HoSE.
