PetroChina is the listed arm of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and one of Asia's largest integrated oil and gas producers, involved in exploration, production, refining, and distribution of petroleum products and natural gas. Headquartered in Beijing, it operates both domestically and in major international markets. It is dual-listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange with an ADR on the NYSE.
