Türk Telekom is the dominant fixed-line telecommunications operator in Turkey, also offering broadband internet, IPTV, and mobile services through its Avea brand. The company is majority owned by the Turkish government via the Turkey Wealth Fund following a debt restructuring. Türk Telekom is the primary provider of fibre broadband infrastructure across the country.
