Turkcell is Turkey's largest mobile telecommunications operator by subscriber count, also offering broadband, pay-TV, and digital services. It has international subsidiaries in Ukraine (lifecell) and Belarus (BeST), among others. Turkcell is listed both on Borsa Istanbul and on the New York Stock Exchange.
