The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) is itself a publicly listed company on its own regulated market, one of the few self-listed exchanges in Europe. It operates Romania's main regulated market, the AeRO market for SMEs, and various bond and derivatives segments. BVB is a member of the BET-EF index and is the primary financial market infrastructure operator in Romania.
