Über das Unternehmen
Premier Energy is an integrated energy group operating electricity distribution and supply networks in Moldova and natural gas distribution in Romania and Moldova. The company raised approximately EUR 140 million in its May 2024 IPO on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the only main-market IPO on the BVB that year. It is controlled by the Emma Delta investment vehicle and has operations across several southeastern European countries.
