Subvenciones No formal investment-migration programme

The Czech Republic does not operate a formal golden visa or residency-by-investment programme equivalent to those found in some other EU member states. Foreign nationals from outside the EU may obtain a long-term residence permit or business visa by establishing a company or making investments in the Czech Republic, but there is no dedicated investment-threshold programme granting automatic residency or citizenship. EU citizens benefit from free movement rights.

The Czech Republic does not currently offer a dedicated investor visa pathway with a defined minimum investment threshold. The Czech National Bank is the financial regulator; the country uses the Czech Koruna (CZK) and has not adopted the euro.
